Question: Do I need a ticket?
Answer: No! The festival is free and open to the public, so no tickets are necessary. If you prefer to have a table and chairs provided for you, table seating is available for purchase here. We have 2 top, 4 top, and 8 top tables available.

Question: How much does it cost?
Answer: It doesn’t cost anything! Part of our mission is making professional theatre accessible to all, so we keep our festival free and open to the public.

Question: Do I need to bring my own chairs?
Answer: You can bring chairs or a picnic blanket, whichever you prefer. If you prefer to have a table and chairs provided for you, table seating is available for purchase here (link to table purchases). We have 2 top, 4 top, and 8 top tables available.

Question: Can I bring food and drinks?
Answer: Absolutely! Bring any food or drink you’d like, and make it a picnic under the stars! We will also have one or two food options available on-site each evening if you’d like to purchase them at the festival.
Question: Will there be food options on-site?
Answer: Yes! We will have one or two food vendors available each night. We will update our Instagram and Facebook with the options!

Question: Are there bathrooms?
Answer: Yes! There are bathrooms available in the parking deck located next to the park.
Question: Can I bring my dog?
Answer: Yes, as long as the dog is leashed!

Question: Is it family-friendly?
Answer: The (Real) Merry (House) Wives of Windsor is a family-friendly comedy, rated PG. A Streetcar Named Desire contains adult themes and is most likely not suitable for anyone under ~16.
Question: How long will the productions run?
Answer: The (Real) Merry (House) Wives of Windsor runs about 1.5 hours, with no intermission. A Streetcar Named Desire runs for 2 hours and 15 minutes, including a 10-minute intermission.
Question: If I purchased a table, how would I find it?
Answer: We will have a white information tent set up each evening with staff to lead you to your table. The tables will also be labeled with the last name of the individual that purchased the table.
Question: Where do I park?
Answer: You can park in the parking deck next to the park or any parking spots along Broad Street and Tribune Street.
Question: What happens if it rains?
Answer: Our staff will call by 4:30 p.m. and announce any cancellation on our social media sites (Instagram and Facebook). We will also email those who purchased a table. If possible, table purchases can be switched to another performance night.
Question: I purchased a table but need to switch it to another night - what do I do?
Answer: Email info@romeshakespearefestival.com, and if it is available, your table can be switched to another performance night.
